By purchasing beta access to What Is Trending MCP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.

You are purchasing early beta access to the What Is Trending MCP at a discounted price of $19 (regular price $49).

This is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to the MCP once it is delivered.

Beta access purchasers will receive the product when development is complete, estimated 4-6 weeks from purchase date. This timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee.

The MCP is currently in development. You will receive installation instructions via email when the product is ready.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeline, but delays may occur due to technical challenges or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive email updates on development progress.

If we fail to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

You may request a refund at any time before product delivery by contacting us.

After you receive access to the MCP, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.

As a beta user, you understand the product may contain bugs or incomplete features.

We will provide support and updates to improve the product based on beta feedback.

Beta pricing ($19) is locked in for life. The price will increase to $49 for new customers after the beta period.

The MCP connects to Google Trends and Google News using publicly available RSS feeds and data.

You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service when using the data provided by the MCP.

The Service is provided for legitimate SEO research, content planning, and trend analysis purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Google Trends or Google News data, as these are third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
